Tropical Protein Shake

Best time to drink:
– With the breakfast and/or after workout.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder in Strawberry
  • 1 cup strawberries

 

How to prepare:

– Throw it all in and blend until smooth consistency.
